The Cambridgeshire Family History Society are responsible for all payments here. Any items advertised here for any third party are not the responsibility of the Cambridgeshire Family History Society but of the third party concerned. The address for bookstall items is as listed and for membership also as listed.

Bookstall items are as described on on the pages listed here. The reproduction of items of microfiche is as per the original and is as reproduced on the microfiche which is a photographic process beyond the control of the Cambridgeshire Family History Society. All items are produced with the accuracy of the person transcribing and are supplied under those conditions. Any errors in transcription are accepted as is and as such are not subject to replacement. All third party books and microfiche are as supplied by the third party source and are not the responsibility of the Cambridgeshire Family History Society.

The prices are as quoted at the time of purchase, excluding postage which is charged at the calculated rates. Exchange rates apply as at the time of purchase. Cancellation of orders is allowable up to the time of despatch at which time the goods are considered non-refundable.

All items are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.

Postage is as calculated by weight and related postage value as described on the postage page.

Payment is the total amount, including postage, as calculated by the values listed on these pages. Postage rates are as shown here at time of ordering. Any under payment, that is not the full amount, will necessitate the balance payment prior to despatch of any goods. Please ensure that an email and/or postal address are clearly stated when ordering.

Delivery in the United Kingdom is by first class mail and will be despatched within 10 days of the receipt of order providing that the item is within stock, overseas deliveries will be sent air mail, despatched within 10 days of the receipt of order prodicing that the item is in stock. If an item is out of stock or no longer available then the purchaser will be advised via email, telephone, fax or letter.

Orders, are cancellable up to the point of despatch at which point the goods are deemed to be the ownership of the purchaser.

Membership taken out, up to October of a given year, is deemed to expire at the 31st December of that year and is renewable from 1st January of the adjoining year. Membership taken out from 1st October of a given year is deemed to run until the new membrship year, that is the start of January of the next year following that October, and through to the 31st of December of the year that the January previously quoted falls into.

Any offers made on this site by the Cambridgeshire Family History Society are deemed to finish within two months of the start of that offer unless otherwise stated. No offer will last longer than six months.
