If you are a UK Taxpayer recent changes to the tax laws mean that your subscription, whatever
the amount, can be worth even more to the CFHS. Your £8.00 subscription becomes £10.24 by this
means. By completing and returning this Declaration you allow us to claim back the tax on your
Subscription.

I am a UK Tax Payer* and I want the CFHS to treat all donations/ subscriptions that I have made
since 6th April, 2000 and all donations I make from the date of this Declaration as Gift Aid
donations, until I notify you otherwise.

The amount of Income Tax (and/or CGT) you pay must be at least equal to the value
of what we claim back during the tax year (currently 28p for every pound you give).

You can cancel your declaration at any time by notifying the CFHS.

If you pay tax at the higher rate you can claim further Tax Relief on your Self-
Assessment Tax Return.
