are now in the run up to the centenary celebrations
for one hundred years of the start of the First World
War 1914-2014. The Cambridgeshire Family History Society
are creating a "virtual war memorial" for
the men from Cambridgeshire that gave their lives
during the 1914-1919 conflict. In the lead up to the
commemoration of World War 1 we are building a searchable
database that we hope everybody will contribute to.
